The Service
Ember creates personalized romance novellas based on information you provide through our interview process. By purchasing or using Ember, you agree to these terms.
Age Requirement
Ember is intended for adults aged 18 and older. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
Content & Ownership
Your novella is generated using AI based on your interview responses. You receive a personal license to read, share, and enjoy your novella. Ember retains the right to the underlying generation process and technology.
Purchases & Delivery
Pre-orders are processed through Stripe. After purchase, you will complete a personalization interview. Your novella will be delivered digitally within 2 weeks of completing the interview.
AI-Generated Content
Ember novellas are created by artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality, the content is AI-generated and may not always meet every expectation. We are transparent about this throughout the process.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your novella, contact us and we will work with you to make it right. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
