When you use Ember, we collect information you provide directly: your email address (via our waitlist or purchase), your personalization interview responses, and payment information processed securely through Stripe.
How We Use Your Data
Your interview responses are used solely to generate your personalized novella. We do not sell, share, or use your personal data for any other purpose. Your email is used only to deliver your novella and communicate order updates.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely and encrypted in transit. Interview responses are retained only as long as needed to deliver your novella. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for secure data storage, and Meta Pixel for anonymous conversion tracking. Each service operates under its own privacy policy.
Cookies & Tracking
We use Meta Pixel for conversion tracking, which may set cookies in your browser. No other tracking cookies are used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
